Convert a joomla template for use as a standalone template

I have a requirement for someone to convert a Joomla 1.5 template into a standalone php template which I can use as a Dreamweaver template. Needs to be supplied as a .dwt template, ability to change colour scheme via a file also required. Reason for this is so that I can use the same template as used on a clients Joomla site within his new ecommerce site. Max budget $50 and need the converted template back within 48hrs maximum.
