Build a news back-end in Laravel (latest version) with MySql

<b>We need a robust news back-end with manageable dashboard control panel. Basic idea being we will be able to add rss and/or json feed url from different news site and store them in database automatically & periodically. Data will be stored in our database through mapping page where all external data will be mapped & stored with our own data structure. All pages should be "Responsive" </b> Note : the code should be efficient as we will be dealing with millions of data. We request you to test the app with a lot of data before delivering. Developer will be responsible to push the code to remote Linux server. Remove any unnecessary code from file. (except closely related functionality that may be necessary in future) Security and proper password hash encryption and other important things. MVC framework should be followed (by default laravel have this functionality though) Must use meaningful variable names Images must be stored properly module wise inside "images" folder. Example: images/sliders, images/sources, images/country No URLS or database connections, or anything should be mentioned anywhere else other than .ENV file. Modules : Tag manager : on this page admin will be able to add new tag , modify it etc (tag will be two types one is simple tag like wordpress and other will be hashtag, will discuss in details after we have awarded the successful bidder) User Management : A page to add or remove users/admins Link Entry : a page to manually add/remove/ mark as active or inactive news link. Mapping Rule : A page where admin can map rss or api data with our data structure.
