Work your own hours for my Recruitment Agency as our part time Candidate Resourcer!

My recruitment business, SaaSpeople, are the market leaders for the recruitment of Salesforce skilled professionals in ANZ. Although still a small business, we have been operating for 5 years and take enormous pride in our brand and standing within the Salesforce ecosystem. We are now looking to grow. We would love to utilise the skills of a part time candidate resourcer. Ideally this person will have worked in technology recruitment before (Salesforce recruitment experience not needed) and understands the end to end sales process. You would be working directly with myself and our other Co-Founder. We will develop our client relationships and bring in job orders, then in turn work closely with you to develop candidate shortlists for each role. It's VERY important that this person can work throughout the Australian working day. We are happy for you to be based anywhere, but you must be able to work Aus hours. You will need extremely good communication/conversational skills as well as tenacity! The roles you would typically shortlist are: - Salesforce Administrator - Salesforce Functional Consultant - Salesforce Developer - Salesforce Technical Consultant - Salesforce Architect - Business Analyst/Project Manager The best thing about this opportunity is the flexibility. You can literally work from anywhere, at any time! As long as your job is done we don't mind how or where you do it. Initially we are looking for someone who can commit to approximately 10 hours per week, but given our growth plans this could scale up significantly in the near future.
