Lookign for Ubuntu experts to solve some issues for cloud deployment on DigitalOcean

I am deploying some API's, web pages, PostgreSQL databases etc on DigitalOcean (DO) virtual machines (i.e. droplets). At certain points I need help from an Ubuntu expert. My current problem is as follows. I have an PostgreSQL database and another virtual machine on DO. To access SQL from the virtual machine I need to install ODBC driver using the following codes: sudo apt-get install unixodbc unixodbc-dev sudo apt-get install odbc-postgresql sudo odbcinst -i -d -f /usr/share/psqlodbc/[login to view URL] sudo odbcinst -i -s -l -n adyoung-pg -f /usr/share/doc/odbc-postgresql/examples/[login to view URL] sudo nano /etc/[login to view URL] The codes worked perfectly for a previous installation but not working now. I can see the folder for the ini file from the console but I need help to successfully run the codes it on Ubuntu. I am looking for an expert on ubuntu, SSH, SQL, DigitalOceon cloud deployment to solve my current and future problems.
