One thing i learned about AWS Cloudfront is that it's very easy to fall into cost issues, cloudfront can be expensive if it's not setup properly, i can help you avoid that. Questions: Do you already have stream files ready or are you looking to generate them? Do you have multiple-size streams ready or do you need to generate them as well? Optimizing cf+s3 90% is optimizing video data you send to user, so videos may need to be transcoded during upload to s3 (s3 can trigger it), aws has a service for this as well.
