Logo Design Needed

Hello, I need to design a better looking, high resolution Logo. Look at my current Logo here (([login to view URL])); It consists of a red belt with 13 white stars, 2 hands holding (presenting) the Globe. I need the same thing, with the following notes: 1- The hands could look different; I mean, it is OK to use other hands if you want. 2- It is OK to use another Globe if you want. 3- Must be HIGH RESOLUTION. You will submit the design twice: First: The Logo alone, in Power Point and Photoshop. It must be the circle alone, so that I could copy and paste it anywhere I want. Second: Submit the circle logo as part of the blue color surrounding it (without the links (Home, About us, ...), just the blue color). This blue color must be plain with no special effects. You'll submit it in a way that I can change the color if I want to. If it is not in Power Point, you will teach me how to change the color. My Budget: $20
