Original Tornado Style Vector Logo - Design Guidance Provided

Need a Tornado based logo for a insect repellent company. Look here at this: [login to view URL] I like the look of that tornado, I would like something pretty much identical or very close, but tilted the other way to ensure it is different from what that designer has created. The font I do not like that much the open letters, but that is in the range of the right type of font, you will need to find a font I like to fit with the theme of the brand. I would like also at least one other mock up, a different style of Tornado, one you create, not one from a stock image site though, as those commonly can not be used for logos, which is why I am outsourcing this project, I need something I can legally use for a logo. I am looking to pay in the $50 range, I will pick a winner quickly and would like this done in a few days, I would lean toward providers that will do this themselves, be working in the daytime in the US when I am awake, and can do this within a few days. I have actually two taglines and this may take some trial and error, figuring out where to put them. Should I put them both under the company name, one on top of another, or maybe one running down along the side? Be prepared for my uncertainty on this element and you will need to work with me to provide different looks until the look is correct, until I love it. I will need final files in vector and also .png with clear background, maybe a couple different sizes. Thanks for you time.
