Diagnostico y solucion de problema con Khipu en tienda Magento 2

Tengo el servicio/plugin de Khipu instalado en mi tienda Magento 2. El problema que tengo es que al parecer todo esta bien, pero al momento de introducir una tarjeta de credito o debito para hacer un pago, todo parece estar bien, pero no realiza el cargo y tampoco avisa si tiene algun error (aparentemente no hay). Si embargo, nunca debita los fondos de la tarjeta y en el URL aparece un 'error' aunque en la pagina parece que todo estuviera bien. Necesito diagnosticar cual es el problema, ya que los de Khipu no me pueden dar una solucion en meses y su servicio al cliente es pesimo.
