Magento+Shipping Cust, No Design, Fast Turnaround

Hi, I am looking for experienced Magento developers to build a web store FAST. The requirements are rather straight forward, and the design has been completed. I need someone who is very familiar with Magento to build the site fast. 1. No design is required. The design has been completed and will be passed to you. 2. General Requirements - discount coupon (believe this is part of the Magento modules) - product import csv (believe this is part of the Magento modules) - product categories and brands - Paypal payment gateway - must be compatible with IE and Firefox 3. Customization - Shipping rates (3 user selectable rate tables) - Silvertheme Widget for flash banner. This will be purchased by us and sent to you - embed 1 Google map 4. Schedule - We need this FAST, preferably standard modules to be ready in 1-2 days, ie ~70-80% - Customizations can be completed later, in another 1-2 days. 5. Payment We would pay after project completion. For special cases, milestone escrow may be considered. 6.
