Email Marketing Campaign targeting UK businesses

Hi I require an experienced email marketing person/agency to carry out an email campaign. This campaign is for a new UK based business offering help to those owning websites. I need you to have a database of emails and expect at least 2,000 emails sent to potential clients. Once you bid, please send me a PM explaining how your UK specific mailing list has been created. Preferred list would be from 'opt in' customers of another business related topic or online service. I will also need examples of previous successful campaigns and the outcomes achieved. You will be required to send all emails on your own server but will have to show as from my email address. I have a good concept of how best to get the response rate from the email campaign, but will still insist on the professional helping me get the most out of the email they is sent.
