Lead generation for a digital agency providing design, strategy and technology solutions

I operate a relatively new and small digital agency. We are working with a few great clients but looking to expand. Our main services include design (print, digital, packaging, whatever), technology (digital solutions, web dev, app dev, e-commerce, etc. etc.) and strategy (management/strategic consulting). I am looking for someone who can assist us with generating quality leads. Please indicate how you would accomplish this. What techniques would you use? What is the conversion rates on your prior projects and any other relative KPIs. Please indicate a thoughtful approach so we are not wasting each others time.
