To show your expertise in the field, you decided to prepare a full detailed report showing your capability
to handle the technical aspects of engineering and manufacturing of gear parts. As a show case you
decided to choose the manufacturing of “gear” similar to that shown below. The part is to be made using
PM of steel powder. It is pressed by high pressure then sintered in high temperature, after that, it soaked
