Customized MetaTrader Indicator.

I need a customized MetaTrader Indicator that is made up of CCI, Williams %R and EMA. Following are sample scenarios:- Generate LONG signal on bar close for selected time frames in the form of (i) blue up arrow at bottom of the bar and (ii)[login to view URL] (duration: 5 secs). Scenario 1: CCI(8) crosses from below 10 to above 10 and CCI(21)>-20 and bar close at or above EMA(21) & %R>-50 Scenario 2: CCI(8) crosses from below 100 to above 100 and CCI(21)>0 and bar close at or above EMA(5) & %R>-30 Generate SHORT signal on bar close for all time frames in the form of (i) red down arrow at top of the bar and (ii) [login to view URL] (duration: 5 secs). Scenario 3: CCI(8) crosses from above -10 to below -10 and CCI(21)<20 and bar close at or below EMA(21) & %R<-50 Scenario 4: CCI(8) crosses from above -100 to below -100 and CCI(21)<0 and bar close at or below EMA(5) & %R>-70 Extra Information: (1) All settings MUST BE adjustable, applicable to CCI, EMA, %R, crossover (referring to 100, 10, -20, -70, etc) and alert duration (seconds). In cases whereby CCI, %R or EMA is set to 0, the indicator will be useless and hence will not be taken into consideration when generating LONG or SHORT signals for [login to view URL] alert is set to duration 0 second, no sound will be heard when LONG or SHORT signal is generated. (2) No Data needs to be displayed in the Data Window; what is to be shown is only the Blue Up Arrow at bottom of bar or Red Down Arrow at top of bar. (3) Proper Comments should be made in the MQ4 developed. (4) Payment will be made only when Indicator is working SUCCESSFULLY. I will not overpay. If reasonable quote is received, I will award project immediately.
