SBS 2008 problem - need an SBS specialist to fix

I have 3 of SBS 2008 Installations (very similar hardware, and same software setup). all are having troubles with Out of Office Auto Reply. When trying to access it from the Outlook - comes up with a message: Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later. i need someone to fix this for me on one server and explain, so i can replicate it on the other 2 servers and any new ones to come. I know that i can ring Microsoft and for $390 AUD they should fix it. Was hoping to do it cheaper and more efficient.

We had the same issues with a number of our client Exchange 2007 and 2010 servers. I should be able to take care of it no problem. Money back otherwise.
