iOS and Android App - open to bidding

To be quite precise, so my goal is to develop a training log app. An app that allows you to record how many kg, rep and set was carried out in a fitness depending on the training program you follow. I currently have a cooperation running with a graphic company. We have prepared some basic layouts for træningsloggen. See the attached file. Initially it was thought that the layouts were to be used in connection with the publication of a book. But we have however come up with an app might be a better option. Examples of træningsapps for Iphone: - Gymbuddy - Gymaholic - Pumpnlog I have some ideas for a different app, where it should be easier to find your way around his training. Basically I want you to develop a fully functional app. The App needs to be compatible for Android, iOS both mobile, tablet. The front-end is already designed, but we might need some re-design. Also, can you provide me with your portfolio. What would be the price that you ask for the development of a such app ?
