Precision Time Management

I require a application for my Android and iphone for Precision Time Management I wan't to be able to open an aplication on my phone and have a list of say 20 to 30 task and as I tap on the 1st task the time will be recorded to the second. The following task will then move up to the top of the list and as that task is completed I tap that line and the time is recorded and this is repeated untill all tasks are completed. I need to be able to change the name of each task so for writing purposes you should just call them 1,2,3 ect and each task should be able to hold 20 or more letters and/ or [login to view URL] the end of all the tasks I require a box where comments can be made regarding any task I then need to be able to e-mail and/or print a report showing all the tasks and at what time they were completed along with the comment box.
