Looking for a developer to develop a proof of concept app that does the following: - Read a PDF - Browse through the PDF - Draw on any page of the PDF with your finger - Save the PDF with drawings - A method to get that PDF to a Mac (Email, iTunes transfer, etc) The PDF should be able to be opened on the Mac with Preview and have all the drawings show up at the right location on the right page.
