Need a Custom iPhone Utility App (quickly)!!

I need someone who is very experienced in iPhone/iPod/iPad App Development to create a feature rich app. This will be an app that queries information from a MySQL database to display information from that source along with some other basic functions including a search function. We will provide a complete list of features desired. We have built all of the technology ourselves so this is a simple app to simply convert our web-based directory to an app. THIS NEEDS TO BE A JOB THAT CAN BE COMPLETED QUICKLY! Here is what I am looking for: - Someone who can develop an App from start to finish with all coding and design (note: we have a graphic designer in-house so that is optional but we prefer to have the person we hire be able to do both or at least have the design skill set) - Links to previous apps in iTunes App Store you've developed before - Someone who has at least 100 hours on oDesk - Someone who has a 5 star rating - Someone who takes great pride in their work and can deliver a polished looking app that represents our company well! - An ETA on how quickly you think you can complete this job - Also need someone who can communicate via phone or Skype.
