Design and Build an Android App

Hi, We are looking for an android developer who can Design and Build an android app for stocks (Share Market) recommendation. 1) We will be using firebase as our backend. 2) The firebase database needs to be updated every day via a json file. 3) There will be a payment gateway through which the clients will buy their monthly subscriptions. 4) There is also a referral/Bonus system. So everytime someone uses a referral code to subscribe to our app , The user whose referral code code was used should get a available balance in his balance sheet which he can use to buy further month’s susbscriptions till the referrer is subscribed to our package.
