Hi, I have expertise in Android and have knowledge in Beacon. I recently developed beacon app for iOS, and in Android I did demo app few years ago. I have used Beacon Simulator. I understand it is similar to bluetooth , but different. We can find beacon device and do other functions in Android. my project of graduation was connecting arduino chip to android app using bluetooth ,the main idea for my projcet was to keep track of your valuables by placing the arduino chip on the item to keep trck of it and in case connection lost it shows the last location of it when it got lost , so basically its similar to beacon and i think i can do it.
