Google Maps api - draw property borders

Use google Maps api to PaperJS to draw the property lines on a canvas, then it'll calculate width of each line and write it next to it. so have an html page, with address bar at the top, when I enter the address, it should draw the property borders and show each the length of the line in feet. ie 50'-0". if you zoom in enough, at some point it shows the lines and I'd like to use lat/long to draw it similar to how it shows when you zoom in. and then below that, show the map with property marked.
