I can develop uber like apps for iPhone and Android. Windows is not possible at this time as there are many issues with windows software itself which has many versions and it is being used only by 2 % users each version all over the world at any given time. Time frame will be 30-45 days. There will be two version of the app, one is for Rider and one is for Driver. Admin will have complete admin panel for manage everything.
