I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I am looking for a mobile application to be developed for my project where people can read their energy meter reading, pay their bills online, log their complaints, access notices and circulars, view their payment history. I am assuming there will be approx 10 modules in app with around 20 screens, 15 -20 forms. App need to work in online and offline mode. App need to be developed in hybrid mode which can accesses on both android and iOS. Timeframe is 15 days.
