I need an iPhone/iPad app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I want an app which will have a minimisable menu with headings and sub headings, no more than 100 subheadings. each subheading will bring up a page which has one of two designs. Both have a large button containing text in English and other languages which plays a sound file when touched. One option has three buttons each with text and a sound file. The other option has a line where you can select from 0-10, and 1 more button; each number/button plays a sound file. I need an interface to upload the files. The app needs to work offline. Total file size will be much less than 1gb. iPads will have plenty of storage. Changes may need to be made over the next year, so it could be stored on amazon server for 3 years; but then should function on any iPads it has been downloaded to indefinitely. I will own the intellectual property and can make changes to the code after the project is complete. It should be smooth to run, fast and well designed.
