SUMMARY This app is a demonstration ONLY, meaning it does not have to be pretty, and it only needs to work on the last two generations of iPhone. This is purely functional. The iPhone camera will view a driven oscillating pendulum (in an otherwise motionless room) and vary the intensity of the phone’s vibration motor as a function of either position or velocity of the pendulum. The interface allows the user to select which of four functions relates the pendulum input to the vibration motor output. There is also toggle that allows the user to decide whether the output has a sinusoid. Please see the attachment for more detail.
