Write an iPhone application -- 2

Hello, I am hoping that i will be able to find a programmer/designer capable of doing what i have planned, i am not asking for much. What i need is a very simple, yet intuitive mobile application with the same features as Whatsapp or Vyber, but not the same user interface. I need something that looks Sleek,Professional,Very user friendly, and for the most part compatible with android and IOS devices.. to give you an idea: [login to view URL] . This link is how i want the interface to look like in the end, not as a cooking application, but as an instant messaging application. All i need is a search bar, "add a friend" icon, Setting icons, Contacts page, Messages page, Sign up, Sign in page, Profile page, Upload a picture page, and a Contact us page with my business information, I need this instant messaging application to give the same experience almost like a windows 8.1/10 mobile device.. but with the same color scheme and template as the one provided in this description. p.s. I will need to inform you that once you have created the fully functioning, sleek, mobile instant messaging application, that it will not be the finished product, i will have my programmers implement what needs to be done to finish, then we can start testing, and launch the product. All i will need you for is to design and have the application fully functioning, and once we agree on the price and the outcome of the design/function, i will need the code behind this application and then i will be able to take it from there..
