We upgraded from Moodle 1.9 to 2.7, and in the transition, lost the ability for Admin and Teacher roles to receive auto-notifications whenever a Student role takes a test, either MCQ or audio-quiz. The Admin role should receive all notifications. The Teacher role should only receive the notifications when a Student role in his Group takes a test. The email should contain a link that that take the Admin or Teacher role directly to the quiz result. Apparently, this is a database issue. Extensive Moodle experience required.
