Build a copy of Ubuntu Server running v8 (Webmin, MySQL, Postfix, SpamAssassin) to Ubuntu v14

Is the server running a website or is it used for any other purpose? if so, then install the latest version of the packages and migrate the website. it's the easiest way to do it.
