We had a freelancer working on our server yesterday because the root had no more space left this was because of lot of mysql log files Today customer called again, websites where slow , so i had direct admin open today to see if the space was again going up , but it stayed ago after diner i get a call from customer again that the websites had all error showing no database connection My meaning or idea was that MySQL had no space lef , restarted MySQL, and worked fine , but still no connection so i went to /var/lib/mysql and noticed all databases where gone lucky we have option to restore backup , but after restore we get Starting MySQL...The server quit without updating PID file We need this fixed , and also check how databases can get deleted , and check who or what did it
