247962 Flash header part

We need a flash header like the image we provide you. It will be part of our ne website header. We can provide the layout png for uou so that you can see what we mean. The four images in the sample, needs to be loaded afther page refresh, buttons are real buttons.(moves up and down when mouseover.) Its wallpsaper falling down, 1 by one, till al 4 are dropped and stop. The wallpaper images needs to be loaded from xml, so we can change the images easy by changing the xml.
