I need someone on the longterm project related to data mining(webscraping). This project is an intro to that job. I require highly modular implementation and very structural data representation. The job will be assigned after a short chat on how you plan to implement this. Some research might be included, just to cover some aspects of problem solving. Please at the begining of the proposal write: 'balrog' (without this you'll not be considered), and provide some rough steps on how you generaly approach to data mining/scraping problems.
