We can chat in details and show me your real environment so we can agree and complete your work at your suitable time. Is your vSAN 2 node cluster or 3 nodes and more? I don't advice you to go through the vSAN quick start, if there is no VMs yet, we can delete it and build vSAN manually. I can help you, tell me what model are the hosts that you have added in your vCenter, what models are the cisco switches and what version of vCenter do you have? If you have any diagram that can better explain the situation I would be grateful.
