Need to build an application in Angular 14 , NodeJS and Mongo -- 2

Need a develop an application with UI in Angular 14 and backend (REST API) in NodeJS. DB should be in MongoDB. Tech Stack: UI needs to be developed in Angular 14. Can use other libraries like ng-bootstrap. Mockups will be provided and UI need to look exactly like the provided mockups. API framework will be in NestJS ([login to view URL]) Project needs to be deployed in Google Cloud as a standalone app (2 instance : one for API and another for UI) Images needs to be stored in Google loud Storage DB needs to be in MongoDB. Cloud instance will be provided. Project Details: Two roles are required. - admin and candidate. Application will have the following features 1. Registration + Login + Forgot Password (email) for admin users 2. Registration + Login (OTP) for candidate users 3. Auth should be integrated with Firebase 4. Candidate Login will have the following a. Show a form with multiple fields (100+ fields) divided into multiple sections. The form has multiple types of fields including image upload. c. All image uploaded need to go into a CDN repository. d. Validate each section before going to next e. On Successful submission, email and sms should be sent to candidate email and mobile number f. Link to track application to be sent to email. 5. Admin users can login and validate the application received and then put it through multiple status. The status are APPROVED, REJECTED, HOLD. Admin needs to give an explanation for the status change. 6. Admin can export the applications received into excel. 7. Code needs to be put into github (private repo). Access will be given to selected freelancer 8. Hosting to be done on GCP with Dockererization. We can select other cloud providers but freelancer needs to provide the dockerfile. 9. Integration with github actions for CI/CD . 10. UI should have a modern look and feel. 11. Site should have valid SSL. Certificate will be shared. 12.
