Schematic and PCB design/modification project

Project is to modify the design of a small PCB using parts of an existing design and fitting it to a specific size board. Project must be done in Eagle using a two layer board with the surface mount components on the top layer only. All components must be put into an Eagle library and include digikey part numbers and component 3D models so a CAD model can be exported. Original documents including schematic and BOMs can be found here - [login to view URL] Eagle board template with board dimensions is attached along with a picture of the desired PCB layout with the position of the plugs and headers shown. A modified copy of the original schematic is also included that shows areas highlighted in orange being not required and the points shown as red dots need to connect to the micro controller board below using the header pins This brush-less controller board plugs on top of another board that has the micro controller. The boards connect using standard 8 pin female header socket soldered on the underside this PCB. Not all header pins will need to be connected. The micro controller board is not yet designed so the pins that need to connect to the brush-less controller board can be in any layout to create best routing or shortest tracks. Parts TB_PWR and PB_M1 will be changed for a Phoenix 3.81mm right angle PCB plug. PB_PWR needs to be changed to a 4pin plug with the two extra pins connecting directly to the micro controller board, these are CAN_H and and CAN_L pins. INA_VCC will be 3.3V and supplied from the micro controller board through the header socket. Please ask if you have any questions before bidding for the project.
