I have a dozen forms (.pdf and word documents) that I need customized to reflect our firms logo, address, etc. The forms should have a watermark and be compiled in layers, on a sophisticated level. Presentation is everything. The functionality is everything too! The forms must be concise and very easy to use. It should also be easy to save, so that the client doesn't spend time completing the form and then lose their data. I have compiled a folder for each of the items each folder has 2-5 examples of similar forms/applications that my competitors use I am needing your (the designer) to assist in the easiest, concise, and most aesthetic one of it's kind (which is why we we need our name watermarked and imbedded into the application/form I am going to attach an example of what is at work here you have 3 versions of this supplement called "Animal Supplement" each one is slightly different than the others one of them particularly, is "nicer than the other 2- I need one with a different color scheme and our logo / address let's say there are 12 of these documents for this project
