CGI/PERL Script Help and Site Customization Needed

I have an perl auction software and classified software i purchased and need it to run off one database so the users won't have to register with each program to use it. The program I have has instructions for doing this but i don't understand it, here they are: [login to view URL];Topic=953&Forum=13&Page=1&Period=0a&Lang=English I have these 2 programs: Auction [login to view URL] and the Classified Ads: [login to view URL] Once we get the script working off one database, I'll need the site design customized so it'll have a professional look and feel. I need this quick and my budget isn't high. Please help.
