Script/Feed Installation

We are looking for a company/person to review current working script feed to the site and improve/implement/update effectiveness and efficiency. Will require to adapt and fix DB to accept the new feed provided by client via direct FTP, review & map out fields if required and make more efficient and operational to business offerings, concluding in implement current look & feel. Skills required: javascript, mysql, perl-cgi, html, xml, php, and a knowledge of web design and CSS etc. Budget set for this project is $250 to be completed within 2 - 3 working days without delays and full commitment to project.
