I need someone to write a Phonegap plugin that detects when a bluetooth connection is made to a device and detects when it disconnects. The device will always be an automobile. Requirements: 1) It must work on both Android and iPhone. 2) It must work while the app is in the background (both Android and iPhone). 3) It must work with PhoneGap Build. 4) Triggers a javascript call back function when the device connects. 5) Triggers a javascript call back function when the device disconnects. 6) Must have some sort of error handling.
