Hey! I've done this for another logo before. I will be using photoshop to select and change the colour of the area in the logo you need. I have used many fonts before, so will look for the font used. If your logo file has layers, the company name can be easily replaced. Even text against a solid colour backdrop can be replaced easily. In case it isn't, I can recreate the logo on photoshop.
