Photoshop template designing

I need someone to modify some templates (a rough estimate is 5-20) in Photoshop that will potentially be used for a website. I need someone who has their full %100 attention to the project and can get this job done fast (24-48 hours). I ill be using dropbox to send you files and more of an explanation of a project using screen-cast video, text files, and screenshots. There is potential for a bonus if you are excellent in communication and attention to detail. Also, if your do this job well and I like what you do and how you do things, their is potential for more jobs from me in the future.
