XBMC Apk Required with Backend

Looking for a freelancer to create an installable XBMC APK for Android with a list of our addons and repos preinstalled. Should be customised with our logo and artwork. We will provide you with the latest public release of XBMC apk file and we just need you to add all of our addons and repos to XBMC and resign the APK file so that we can quickly install it to multiple devices. We would also need a backend to manage the apk and change the repos and add-ons as and when changes, changes to splash screens, add more add-ons and repos. We should be also be able to manage the devices via MAC address of device. We should be able to control and manage streams to different devices and control all XXX content. Should be able to run own RSS feeds from backend which is a feature of XBMC anyways. Option to add feeds from other sites as RTMP, HTP, HTTPS, etc directly within XBMC! Further more we would like some kind of billing as if we decide to charge any device on monthly or annual basis. Any freelancers who understand XBMC and who have worked on XBMC before will be given preference.
