112389 coupon system

(I put PHP, but I have no idea. My partner is the one who does the design...please let me know if I'm wrong so that I can correct it. Thanks.) WE WILL PROVIDE the design side of this project. We just need a programmer to create the functionality. We want to be able to DESIGN AROUND YOUR WORK, so it cannot be some sort of pre-packaged system that would be difficult to design around. I have attached a quick mock-up of the website our client would like! Please view it first. We need a website where visitors can BROWSE AND PRINT COUPONS. The site will have approximately 10 coupon categories (i.e. "sports," "dining," etc.). Visitors will be able to click on each category and go to the approximately 5 sub-categories (i.e. "sports" would have "football," "baseball," etc.). Within the sub-categories, there will be coupon listings. Each coupon will be titled (i.e. "sports" would go to "football," "football" would go to "The Saints." We need the system to have an ADMIN AREA where the client can add the coupons easily. He will need to upload an image of the coupon and the name of the coupon. He can re-size the image as long as he knows exactly what size...or the system can re-size it for him. There needs to be an unlimited number of available slots for the coupons. The website will also need a SEARCH AREA where visitors can search based on price or category. They should also be able to view an alphabetical list that they can click on to view all the As, Ds, Fs, etc. They will also need to be able to enter 4 coupons at a time as "featured listings" that will show up more prominently. These listings will also automatically go into the rest of the listings. The system will also need to allow for printing of the coupons. It will say something like: print this coupon...or printer friendly version. We will need this to work in both FireFox and IE7. This will not be on the homepage. It will be on the coupons page.
