25952 oscommerce customization

I have oscommerces installed and mostly customized already, but I need professional help with few minor additions. 1. I need to be able to accept payments from any billing address, but limit shipping to only address in Malta. If shipping address is not in Malta - order is not processed further past 1st step dysplaying warning message to change shipping address. I am using flat rate for shipping for orders up to 15USD for example and free shipping for orders over that amount. (not sure if that would be relevant to modifications you need to do) 2. I would like Checkout process to be like this: 1 step - ([login to view URL]) Delivery information (shipping address + displays cost of shipping) 2 step ([login to view URL]) - Select payment method (2 radio buttons - "Credit card" or "Bank transfer") So only to select a payment method without entering any details at this point. 3 step ([login to view URL]) - Review & Confirm order (here displays order total with shipping) 4 step - Redirecting to secure page to pay by credit card (not set up yet) OR to thank you page displaying Bank transfer details (with ability to print the page, so people can do bank transfer later on) 5 step - ([login to view URL]) success - page already ok, no changes needed 3 Bank transfer payment method If "Bank transfer" payment method has been selected then in the email order confirmation bank transfer details need to be displayed too under "Payment method" section. Bank transfer module installed already but will need modifications of course to meet the requirements of 2 & 3 tasks.
