279626 Simple Data Parsing Script

I need this NOW for a small non-profit group. I need a simple script that uses either a flat file or MySQL database. It will visit a site with a set structure and download some simple data. It will basically extract a link. Anyone with REGEX knowledge should be able to complete this entire project in under 30 minutes. There are set URLS to parse and simple data to gather. I will not pay more than the budget -- so if you cannot do it then do not bid. I will pay AFTER PROJECT IS COMPLETE and DELIVERED.
