Area Guide / Visitors Guide

I'm looking to develop a site in ASP/MS SQL that will be a visitors guide for particular area in Florida. The site will include a resort/hotel/motel/condo/vacation home database, restaurant/dining database, area attractions database and an area happenings database. Each database will need an input area (back end use), a front end display and be scalable. I'm a developer myself but I'm simply to overwhlemed and looking to use this project as a way to find eager, self motivated, foward thinking developers to help me on various projects. This project is more about functionality than beauty. I will be hiring a an artist to to the design work but your code needs to be adaptable to design. I need someone that can forward think and innovate. I will flesh out the initial overall design and flow-chart most of the site but I like it one a developer is able to take my ideas and make the mmore functional.
