I need to fix a defective OS Commerce site done by the ALR Group. Currently it is donw and we have no idea how to get it back up again. The format was right and then it just stopped working. We need to get it running right again so we can resubmit. We did have a backup but when we restore the backup it does not fix the problem. Tried to work with ALR and they never contacted us back.
