convert doc to html

**General** We have a worker in our company that is responsible on making a weekly newsletter to our customers. He uses a web content manager. This is not a trivial way for him to do it. On the other hand he knows how to work with word and this is the easiest way for him to do it. **Thus, the process will be as follow:** 1. The user will make a doc file 2. The user will Send the doc to specific email address that I will give him (not mandatory, see remark 1) 3. There will be an asp script that will check the pop3 and will download the doc (not mandatory, see remark 1). 4. The doc will be converted to html. The images and the html files will be saved. **Remark 1**:The .DOC file can be upload to the server instead of taking it from pop3 (insted of point 2,3 above) **Remark 2**: The font can be Multilanguage **Remark 3:** This should work on a shared hosting. OS is 2003 with .NET. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This should work on a shared hosting. OS: windows 2003 with .NET You can build it with .NET For case you don't want to make it in .net, we also have permission to regist (only one) dll on the server. this dll is written in VB6. so there is a possibility to input the class you write into that dll Remark: Coder must use 'Option Expicit'
