ERP LOAN FIRM

my name is jorge espindola im director of it consultant company located in mexico. we have a project for a loan company .. this is a erp software.. ( sales administration, client adminitration, point of sales, un payable accounts, data reports, etc ) the software is already at 70% of development. the outsorcing that was developing the project leave it un finished so right now i need someone who can finish and resolved some bugs and some modules that are unfinished. the software was developed at the beginning using code charge ( application that generates php code ) others programmers have been working using direct php code but they have difficulties to understand what this software does.. so we need experience people in programing by objects. this software is new version of a software that already exists and that is operating right know this software was developed in delphi, with MSQL DATABASES ( so we need to migrate this data to the new software that is on development but this could be a second phase) is imperative to have people to understand completly spanish because all the software is in spanish.. I already calculate the hours need it for developing .. is not 100% acurate but it could give you an idea. i need people very compromise with the project not for hour .. for the results. i have a dead time line of 20 days..
