I would like to create a very small version of the service magic site. I have a number of tradespersons working for me, which is growing. I would like a small 4 page web site created where a trades person can logon or register and allow then to select a mutiple number of areas to cover, plus a mutilple number of categories which they specialise in.
**Web Pages Needed**
The following 4 pages needed are as follow .
1. Login Page ??" Where the user can logon or choose a link to the registration page.
2. Registration Page ??" where the person can add/update their details, select a number of categories and a number of trades.
3. A View Rating page ??" Similar to [login to view URL] where the user can selected from a dropdown of tradesmen , hit a button and see the rating for this tradesman.
4. A Give Rating Page ??" Where a user can select a trademan and give a rating to produce the screen below
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
