Order tracking

I need a order tracking system that does the following: #1 - Accept orders via Paypal IPN and log into database.? #2 - If the order is for access to electronic content (i.e. articles on .asp pages), the appropriate database entry (your choice on how to modify my MS? Access database, but I get final approval of changes)? must be logged, an email sent to confirm the purschase, and reroute user to the selected content page (also need to give me code to put on restricted pages to disallow viewing without payment). #3 - If the order is for real world content (i.e. books or cards to be mailed to the user) then the order must be logged in database (to allow tracking order - received date, shipment date, etc.) and an email sent to me similar to PayPal method of "You have money" email I receive from NON-IPN orders now. #4 - If order have combination of online and real world content, must log both separately, and generate real world Packing Slip similar to the way non-IPN transactions are handled. #5 - Need to be able to **view database** of orders in toto, or by shipped, shipped date, not shipped, received date, etc. Also, I need to be able to **add to? the database**,? **update the database** and change customer information i.e.: name,? address, license number, order information and be able to **print** packing slip on selected orders from database. #6 - send me an email regardless of whether order is electronic content, real world content to be mailed or a combination of both. The code must be written in ASP, javascript, HTML and CSS and use my MS Access DB so that I can modify it in the future as my website needs grow.? I am the final determiner of whether the database changes are acceptable and the chosen coder must adapt his/her code to my site.I can provide the site address and access to the files via FTP to the winning bidder. I know there is a lot of information on how to do this out there, but I do not have the time to work on this project. Thanks ## Deliverables You must modify my database and, when go live date, must let me know and I will take down site access for short period of time to allow installation, but the programmer must make modifications to my THEN current database, which will necessarily be different (i.e. more customers entered into it), before the site can go live again.? Will permit programmer testing on my server, if necessary to allow use of other files.? At no time can programmer use live site files to redirect traffic for testing.? May create a new directory and transfer duplicate files ONLY AS NECESSARY to this new directory to allow pseudo-live testing.? However, programmer is responsible to make changes to live site when project complete.
